Project Description 

The proposed Coffman Street affordable housing project will provide affordable housing as part of a vibrant, mixed-use building that will include parking for Boulder County employees and commercial/office space. The proposed project, located at 518 Coffman St in Longmont, includes 50 - 70 units of permanently affordable housing, +/- 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, and a parking garage. The project will be located on a Boulder County owned lot that is currently used as a surface parking lot for Boulder County employees working at the newly completed St. Vrain Community Hub.
