As a former US Army Sergeant E-5 and infantry squad leader who survived 300+ combat missions, Brian Pippin has made a career out of making good decisions for the benefit of the people around him. Brian’s 17 years in construction began with HVAC testing and commissioning and blossomed into full time safety, estimating, and project management for major contractors such as Skanska and Haselden. As a project manager, assistant project manager, and estimator, Brian’s projects have ranged in value from $50,000 to $45 million; and have had scopes varying from seven-story structural steel and load bearing masonry to small tenant improvement projects. On all of these projects, Brian’s strong communication skills and wise decision-making have contributed to safe, high quality construction and exceptional client satisfaction.
