As an extremely thorough and meticulous administrator, Corey McNevin has provided dependable management and leadership on some of Pinkard’s most challenging projects including Denver Housing Authority’s $42.9 M Vida at Sloan’s Lake. A graduate of CSU’s construction management program, Corey and spent his entire career at Pinkard, starting as an intern and working his way up to his current position. Thanks to his dependability and attention to detail, Corey is one of our most requested assistant PM’s, both internally and from the clients who know him best.
