Jim Pagano has over 35 years of experience in commercial construction operations as a project manager and senior project manager. He has managed multiple projects and teams simultaneously for projects that range from $1-$32 million in project value. He has completed a diverse group of projects throughout his career — from new (ground up) facilities to complicated remodels and tenant improvements. Pagano is truly an expert on the Colorado construction market, and understands common processes and procedures of numerous counties in the state.
