Pinkard Construction is proud to announce that four of our employees have successfully completed their apprenticeship programs through the Construction Industry Training Council of Colorado (CITC) and have earned their Journeyman Certificate. Carlos Osorio, Jesus Perez, Aldo Rascon, and James Wise have demonstrated their dedication, skill, and professionalism in their respective trades.
CITC is a state-approved apprenticeship training program that offers a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training for various construction trades. CITC's mission is to provide quality education and career opportunities for those who want to pursue a rewarding career in the construction industry. CITC graduates are highly sought after by employers for their comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience.
Our four graduates have spent four years attending school while working full-time for Pinkard Construction. They have learned from experienced instructors and mentors and have applied their knowledge to various projects. They have also earned competitive wages and benefits while advancing their careers. We are grateful for their hard work and commitment, and we are excited to see them grow and succeed.
