Anthony Burke, President

Anthony Burke, President

A Pinkard employee since 1999, Tony began as a project engineer before steadily moving through the ranks as senior engineer, project manager, senior project manager, and construction manager. Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Prior to Pinkard, Jose served in executive-level business development roles at companies like JE Dunn Construction, Cumming Corporation, and Select Building Group Commercial. He has identified opportunities and built relationships with Owners, Developers, General Contractors, and Architectural/Engineering firms for the last 25 years.

Odette Bent-Buckles, Chief Financial Officer

Odette joined Pinkard Construction as Chief Financial Officer in 2014. With a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from UCCS, Odette oversees Pinkard’s accounting, human resources, and information technology departments. She has been in the construction industry since 1994.
