Affordable Housing Construction
Pinkard is a Colorado-based general contractor specializing in affordable housing construction, celebrating 60 years in business. We offer in-depth preconstruction services and have completed over 80 affordable multi-family and senior living projects. We provide knowledgeable support during the funding phase and have extensive experience with low-income housing tax credits.
Multi-Family Construction
Pinkard is a Colorado general contractor celebrating over 60 years in business. With almost 200 multi-family projects complete, our expertise includes affordable housing, senior living, and market-rate construction. Our clients range from public to private developers, and we have extensive experience in both ground-up and renovations, including occupied projects, which account for more than half of their multi-family revenue. We offer expertise in podium slabs, wood or light-gauge metal framing, and structural steel and concrete.

Meet Our Team
Anthony Burke, LEED AP, President
A Pinkard employee since 1999, Tony Started as a project engineer. He has moved through the ranks as senior engineer, project manager, senior project manager, and construction manager. Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Tom Alford, Chief Operations Officer
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom's breadth of experience includes delivering dozens of large, complex and unique projects ranging from life science, higher education, laboratory and healthcare to high-rise office, multi-family and hospitality. Past clients include corporations, nonprofits and various levels of government across the United States.
Odette Bent-Buckles, Chief Financial Officer
Odette joined Pinkard Construction as Chief Financial Officer in 2014. With a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from UCCS, Odette oversees Pinkard’s accounting, human resources, and information technology departments. She has been in the construction industry since 1994.
Jose Amaya, Chief Business Development Officer
Jose has recently served in executive-level business development roles at companies like JE Dunn Construction, Cumming Corporation, and Select Building Group Commercial. He has identified opportunities and built relationships with Owners, Developers, General Contractors, and Architectural/Engineering firms for the last 25 years.
