Pinkard has 60 years experience managing ground-up construction projects with an average size of $11 million and project values up to $100 million. Our relationship-based approach ensures clients receive exceptional value while their team of professionals can handle any challenges.
Design-Build Construction
The draw-it-once approach provides a deeply collaborative design-build experience characterized by open communication, problem-solving, and the exchange of ideas. Renovations and Additions
Pinkard Construction is a leading renovation contractor with 60 years of experience, with almost 250 renovations (over half our workload). Our expertise in the field is evident in 15 renovation projects being recognized as the best in the nation by the National Associated Builders and Contractors organization.
Special Projects
Pinkard has created a Special Projects Division to execute smaller projects. The division will handle tenant improvements, renovations, and ground-up projects up to $5 million. The division offers the resources and professionalism of a larger contractor with an "A-Team" of construction professionals dedicated to the success of each project.

Anthony Burke, LEED AP, President
A Pinkard employee since 1999, Tony Started as a project engineer. He has moved through the ranks as senior engineer, project manager, senior project manager, and construction manager. Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Blake Chambliss, Chief Operations Officer
Construction Manager Blake Chambliss has been with Pinkard for almost 40 years. His list of successful projects spans just about the entire gamut of project types, from satellite uplink facilities to recreation centers, multi-family, senior housing, fire training centers, healthcare, and Class A office buildings.
Odette Bent-Buckles, Chief Financial Officer
Odette joined Pinkard Construction as Chief Financial Officer in 2014. With a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from UCCS, Odette oversees Pinkard’s accounting, human resources, and information technology departments. She has been in the construction industry since 1994.
Tom Alford, Chief Operations Officer
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom's breadth of experience includes delivering dozens of large, complex and unique projects ranging from life science, higher education, laboratory and healthcare to high-rise office, multi-family and hospitality. Past clients include corporations, nonprofits and various levels of government across the United States.
