Our Expertise

We are a construction company with expertise in ground-up, renovation, CM/GC, and design-build projects. Our experience includes senior living, affordable housing, multi-family, recreation, municipal, and commercial projects. We prioritize maximizing value while using durable, life-cycle-tested materials and construction techniques that are owner and facilities management-friendly.

How We Do It

Partner Better

Our Pinkard Pact Check process sets clear expectations and commitments, with immediate issue resolution for a positive project experience. Cross-team feedback and transparency ensure better partnership from day one.

Plan Better

We provide valuable insight into site selection and the associated costs of different massing strategies. We work with your team to provide real-time estimates and identify essential components. Our constructability analysis helps us identify potential issues early on.

BUILD BETTER

Pinkard's construction teams prioritize safety and quality, using on-site mock-ups and punch-as-they-go to ensure a complete close-out. They use Procore and StructionSite for project management and documentation. They provide owners with training on building operations and stay involved throughout the warranty period.

The Problem with Wood Framing and How to Solve It

The problem is simple, if not easy, to fix: someone must take ownership of the wood framing process.

What Our Clients Say

Job Chemistry Was Exceptional

"The chemistry on this job was exceptional. We finished within schedule, under budget, and with less manpower than other similar jobs. This is one of the best projects we’ve had in my 14 years with Midwest Drywall."

Exceeding Expectations

Pinkard has done a great job exceeding expectations and doing a great job being a partner throughout this project.

Sequencing Approach

"Pinkard’s (sequencing) approach made (wall panel assembly) easier to manage, even with 60, 70, 80 people on a job. We assigned a qualified foreman for each pod, which allowed us to maintain production and communicate QC fixes easier and quicker."

Couldn't Have Been Happier With Precon

"I couldn't have been happier having Pinkard on board to help us through that preconstruction process. Our project (Vida at Sloan’s Lake) took so long to get all the financing partners secured, it pushed us out almost a year, but Pinkard held their pricing. It really was kind of a cool way to do what felt like a design-build approach (under a CMaR contract). It's good to have a contractor helping us figure out what structural systems and even down to the nitty-gritty of how to do different slabs and soundproofing."

Warranty work above and beyond

"[Your warranty superintendent] has been extremely helpful with all of our warranty issues here at Boulevard, and I have enjoyed working with him. There were many instances where he went above and beyond to assist us with questions and inquiries we have had, and he has facilitated with communications between us and the contractors or subcontractors needed for specific issues."

Foresight and directive

"[Your Team] had the foresight and directive to solve conflicts before they became larger issues, really managing the owner and architect to make effective decisions to make this project an overwhelming success!"
