Pinkard Construction, a leading commercial builder in Colorado, has reached a significant milestone in its construction of akin Golden Triangle, a 12-story multifamily project in Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood. On Tuesday, the company announced the topping out of the building, signifying the completion of the project's structural phase.
The topping-out ceremony was attended by representatives from Pinkard Construction, Revesco Properties/Alpine Investments (RPAI), and OZ Architecture, who collaborated on the project. The project’s construction lender is MidWestOne Bank (www.midwestone.bank).
The luxury boutique building, which will feature 98 multifamily units and amenities, is one of four upcoming RPAI projects that will be unified under the “akin” brand. The brand seeks to attract a chic, urban-minded tenant while enhancing each local neighborhood by providing refined architecture and a timeless living experience. The project began construction in February 2023 with occupancy expected in Q4 of 2024.
