Project Description 

The Boulder High School project was a phased, partial gut and renovation of the 75-year-old main building, which included 27,600 sf of renovations and 25,100 sf of additions.

Major occupied facility issues included renovating a gymnasium under a tight, summer-only timetable to create a new weight room in time for football season. Scope included:
22,300 sf gymnasium addition
Auxiliary gymnasium demolition
New 1,165 sf locker room building
New visitor’s entry
Bleacher renovation
2,083 sf stagecraft/ storage addition
2,550 sf administration addition
4,000 sf administration renovation
Food laboratory gut and renovation
ADA upgrades
Reroute ceiling plumbing
Special Education area remodel
Replace electrical panels and fire alarms
Elevator addition
Master clock system replacement
