The Mechanical system is Packaged DX gas-fired heating and cooling rooftop units with energy efficient CO2 monitoring and controls. as include variable frequency drives to regulate the fan speed/ motor horsepower based on heating and cooling loads of the conditioned space. A direct digital control (DDC) system provides precise monitoring and control of the temperature control system.
