Pinkard Expands Virtual Design/Construction Services with Virtual Design Manager Addition

LAKEWOOD, COLORADO — Pinkard Construction announced today the promotion of Sarah Williams to Virtual Design Manager, expanding the company’s virtual construction/design integration and pre-construction services. Williams’ new position marks another step in Pinkard’s commitment to using technology to provide more comprehensive construction services to clients.

“Sarah has been vital to our team and greatly expanded our ability to integrate the latest technologies into our construction services,” said Mark Bokhoven, Director of Pre-construction. “I am excited to see how this new role will allow her to guide our team to new and innovative solutions to some of the toughest issues we face day-to-day.”

Williams joined Pinkard in 2015 as a project engineer after working in various architecture positions. In her previous role at Pinkard, Williams was influential in developing Pinkard’s virtual construction abilities through Revit®, Navisworks and Assemble.

“I am very excited to be expanding my role here at Pinkard. There are countless opportunities to use technology to streamline our processes and add value for our clients,” Williams said. “Pinkard is always innovating and looking toward the future, and I am excited to be a part of that.”

In her new role, she will further develop Pinkard’s virtual design capabilities through the integration of new technologies that will truly put the client in the driver’s seat. In addition to the virtual design portion of her work, she will continue to be an integral part of preconstruction and operations teams.

Williams holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado, Denver. She will remain based at Pinkard’s corporate headquarters in Lakewood, Colorado.
