Willoughby Corner
Pinkard Construction, a leading affordable housing contractor, broke ground today on Willoughby Corner, a 400-unit affordable housing development in Lafayette, Colorado. The project is a collaboration between the Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA), the City of Lafayette, Pinkard Construction, Norris Design, and HB&A Architects. The first homes, 63 affordable ADA-accessible apartments for adults age 55 and over, will be ready for move-in as early as fall 2024. The first phase also includes 129 affordable multi-family homes and a community center.

Flagg Dr. and 120th Intersection Closure
Please be advised that the Flagg Dr. and 120th intersection will be closed from May 5th to May 9th due to construction work. During this period, detour routes will be in place: on 120th north, use Canterbury to Emma St., and for Flagg Dr., exit by Highway 7. Please use slower speeds as crews will be working in the area. 120th & Emma Street Closure
The full closure of 120th Street from the north side of Flagg Drive to just north of Emma Street has started today, 9/9. This closure is expected to last approximately 10 weeks. All public traffic connecting between Emma Street and 120th Street / Flagg Drive is being detoured down Canterbury Drive. We ask that you please use slower speeds and extra caution when traveling on Canterbury as crews are still working in the area. Private residential access on 120th will remain open during this closure.

Anticipated Closure on 120th Street
We are anticipating a full closure of 120th Street from the north side of Flagg Drive to just north of Emma Street starting 9/9. This closure is expected to last 10 weeks. Emma Street Update
Emma Street continue to be closed to thru traffic between S Burlington & 120th Street. Peak to Peak school traffic can still utilize the temporary road exiting North from the school to access Emma Street or use Canterbury Drive exiting East from the school to access 120th Street. This closure is expected to remain in place until 9/6 when Canterbury & Emma will reopen to all public traffic.

May 30th Closure on Emma Street
Road work on Emma Street is officially set to begin next week on May 30th. Emma Street will be closed between Canterbury Drive and 120th Street starting this day. Motorists looking to connect between Emma and 120th will be detoured down Canterbury Drive. We kindly ask that you please use extra caution when traveling on Canterbury Drive as construction crews will be active in the area on both sides of the road.
