akin Tennyson Apartments

Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments (RPAI), Pinkard Construction, and Santulan Architecture are building a new mixed-use development project in Denver's Berkeley neighborhood. The project, named _ akin Tennyson, promises to offer a warm and inviting living experience that blends seamlessly with the local culture.

akin is a versatile collection of high-quality urban apartments celebrating vibrant localism at the heart of Denver's most beloved pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods.

akin Tennyson will include 84 upscale residential apartment homes and 8,500 square feet of service and restaurant retail. Residents will have access to various amenities, including a unique ground-floor outdoor community space, a large resident rooftop terrace with stunning mountain views, three resident courtyards with various programming and seating options, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and custom art pieces from local artists. The project is expected to be completed by Fall 2024.

This project is the second of four upcoming projects that operate under the umbrella of the _akin_ brand, developed by RPAI to appeal to sophisticated, discerning, urban-minded residents. The brand aims to elevate each local neighborhood by creating an elegant and timeless living experience while drawing upon the same brand foundation of design, wellness, culture, service, and connection to the neighborhood. Each location will feature unique exterior and interior aesthetics and amenities.
