Project Description
Centura Health's newest Neighborhood Health Centers, one in Golden and one in Arvada, are each approximately 10,700 sf. Each is a primary care facility with 16 exam rooms, a wellness atrium, x-ray, mammography, and phlebotomy.
Each Center is single story structural steel construction with a metal deck and crawl space. The skin is stucco and stone.
The Golden Center's larger site required extensive over excavation due to a dipping bedrock zone. Golden also includes a photo voltaic solar array.
Distinctly different from the fragmented medical care available in most communities today, Centura Health's Neighborhood Health Centers are built upon the key components of optimal health: primary care, specialty services, urgent care, diagnostic and laboratory services and occupational health.
