Project Description 

Pinkard is providing full CM/GC services for the Eastern Star Masonic Retirement Community (ESMRC) project; a wood-frame, brick, stucco and stone ground-up addition to the existing ESMRC facility at Quebec Street and East Harvard Avenue in Denver.

The new addition will include construction of a new two-story structure with 48 assisted living units and 20 units of memory care. The new construction is expected to total 64,000 sf, and will include approximately 50% common area space with a memory garden, commercial kitchen, and front entrance/lobby.

There will also be a renovation component with new carpet, paint and door replacement throughout.

The existing facility includes 42 assisted living (AL) units and 58 independent living cottages. Approximately 50% of the current ESMRC residents have a Masonic background. In addition, approximately 50% of the AL residents receive support from Medicaid.
