Pinkard kicks off the summer conference season with CREJ!

Pinkard is excited that conference season is back! We have a great week of exhibitions coming up, so come out and join us!


First up, Pinkard Construction is proud to be the title sponsor for the Colorado Real Estate Journal's 2022 Affordable Housing Summit and Expo on April 12 at 7 am. It will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Aurora Denver. It all starts when Tony Burke, Pinkard's President, opens the conference with some opening remarks. Tony has been with Pinkard for over 25 years and has valuable insight into the construction process from the start to the grand opening.


Also, you do not want to miss the cost control session at 10:45, featuring Pinkard's own Preconstruction Director, Mark Bokhoven. His construction estimating and cost control experience includes both renovations and ground-up projects with values up to $100M in affordable housing. Mark’s last two big projects, Vida at Sloan’s Lake and THRIVE had a zero and <1% (respective) variance between early Design Drawings and the final GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price).
