Mike Warns, Chief Risk Officer
Mike’s career at Pinkard began immediately following his return to Colorado in 1992. In 2012, Mike took on the full-time role of Director of Risk Management. As the Risk Management Department head, he oversees and manages Pinkard’s safety, quality control & defect prevention, trade partner prequalification, and claims management.
Mike Hager, Construction Manager
With over 18 years of experience in commercial construction, including 15 years in the Denver market, Hager’s background is one of diverse project types, including award-winning experience in multi-family, municipal, recreation, office, transit/fleet maintenance, and healthcare. He specializes in general contractor-led design-build and construction management at risk (CMaR), understanding the vital need for team building, transparency, and planning to maximize best value.
