akin Golden Triangle

Revesco Properties/Alpine Investments (RPAI), Pinkard Construction, and OZ Architecture are building this 12-story multifamily project akin Golden Triangle. Construction began in February and is anticipated to extend into Q4 of 2024. The luxury boutique building will boast 98 multifamily units and amenities.

Situated along Bannock Street, akin Golden Triangle is one of four upcoming RPAI projects that will be unified under the “akin” brand. The brand seeks to attract a chic, urban-minded tenant while enhancing each local neighborhood by providing a refined and timeless living experience. Although the exterior and interior aesthetics and amenities will vary per location, they will all share the same brand foundation: a unique urban blend of design, wellness, culture, service, and connection to the neighborhood.
