Over 60% of Pinkard Renovations/Additions were completed under occupied conditions. We understand the importance of tenant/user safety and sequencing to minimize disruptions. Meet Our Team
Jessica Nichols, Director of Marketing
Jessica came to Pinkard Construction in 2002 right out of Vanderbilt University with a degree in computer science. Her leadership was so evident that she was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2017 and invited to be a part of the leadership team. She earned her CPSM certification in 2017.
Troy Bohlender, Manager of Field Operations
A Pinkard employee since 1996, Troy oversees our robust quality control program, ensuring that client expectations and Pinkard's high standards are met. Prior to this role, Troy was a superintendent on a diverse series of important projects for the company, three of which won National Excellence in Construction Awards.
Eric Schmeer, Director of Technology
Since joining Pinkard in 2015, Eric has been working to increase the company's technical sophistication. He manages all office and field technology and software solutions, allowing Pinkard employees to serve its clients better and deliver award-winning, quality construction projects.
